Although the pictures are of a pop-up turkey decoy the process is the same. Unfortunately I don't have any photos of the pop-up moose decoy.
The attached pics are of my DIY pop up turkey decoy. A pop up Halloween pumpkin serves as the body, head, wings and tail are add-ons.

1 pop up hamper

4 will form the 'legs' and 1 forms the head
The ears and tail are 'add-ons', the hump is extra padding, poles to hold the decoy up are whatever you wish, I used plant hangers from the dollar store.
