Mixing Moose and Deer Meat

Moose Mince
I have a small amount of moose to make chili, can I mix with deer to spread it out?
You sure can Scott. I would think that mixing any venison together would be fine.
Another good extender for moose meat is pork. Most moose sausages have a mix of pork in them too.
