Dried Moose Meat

How much protein is in dried moose meat?

Dried Moose Meat

I imagine the protein levels would be similar to dried deer meat.

According to www.livestrong.com/article/326549-nutritional-values-of-venison-vs-beef/

Three ounces of broiled venison provides approximately 27 grams of protein.

The great thing about eating venison is the fact that moose meat has only about 10% of the fat content of beef. Not that animal fat isn't good for you!

Recent studies have shown that having some animal fats in your diet is very healthy.

Like everything else in life, be moderate in your intake.

This however leads to the question:
How much protein value is lost during drying of venison?
