C Channel Description as per Metal Supermarket

Just purchased the trailer plans. I was looking over the cut list on page 8. Item #15, the "C" channel does not list the thickness of the metal. I'm guessing .250. If not please advise the correct size. Thanks Rick

I would need to stand the atv trailer on end

ATV Trailer Frame - Upside Down

I would need to stand the atv trailer on end to fit into my cargo trailer. How easy would that be to do?

Dale, we have never tried standing the trailers on end, but I imagine a couple guys could accomplish it.
They are a strong trailer, so you wouldn't compromise the trailer by doing so. If yo make one and stand it up... please send in a picture. Others would appreciate it as well.

How heavy would you say this trailer is? Does anyone know the weight?

What size axles and tires should I choose to make a 3500lbs capacity walking beam atv trailer?

Walking Beam Assembly Blow Out

Walking Beam Assembly Blow Out

What size axles and tires should I use to build a 3500 lbs walking beam arc trailer? I would like the centre of gravity as low as possible , this trailer will be used only on the farm and off road not at high speeds.

It will also depend on the other materials you use to build the trailer. Just increasing the axle strengths doesn't mean the trailer will be capable of carrying the excess weight.
You will have to do your research on this. Good Luck!
