Shiras Moose

by Carol Boyd
(British Columbia)

This is my only Shiras Moose. So it's sure my biggest so far, lol! There aren't a whole lot of moose where I live so this was a real treat and I think I did really well.

He supplied my family, some friends and half the local dogs with amazing food for a whole year.

I had a great time and was richly rewarded for my effort. I love moose!

Thanks Carol.

There are plenty of Shiras Moose in Colorado as well. I typically see quite a few on my Elk and Deer Hunts every year. Gorgeous animals!!!
